A little About me

Born on a farm in the Finger Lakes, I have been deeply connected to the natural world since childhood. My early years were spent laying in fields and exploring the woods around my home, developing a rich inner world. I continue to explore this connection to the world around me through my creative and spiritual practices.

As someone who for years struggled with depression, autoimmune diseases and chronic back pain, I have tried a lot of different modalities and methods towards healing. The gift of spending years trying all the things is that hopefully I can help others on their journey towards creating balance. One of the most healing practices for me has been connecting deeper to my intuition to guide me through life’s challenges. Even when I falter (which is often!) I know that I can return to this well of deep wisdom within. I now work with clients offering inner voice sessions and personalized flower remedies.

As an artist I strive to find new ways to translate what I perceive and represent it in a form that is both literal and ethereal through the use of thread, wax, watercolor, ink and oil pigment. Often my pieces are a personal study of the physical & energetic worlds and the patterns discovered within it. My creative practice is the space I return to that is entirely my own. Where I can create beauty, heal, learn, and play.
